For more than twenty-five years, Martín Inthamoussu has created dances that place musical intelligence, collective memory, and the expressive force of the performer at their center.
Movement, memory and musical form
His repertoire moves between intimate chamber pieces and large-scale productions for national ballet and contemporary companies across the Americas and Europe. The work is shaped through close exchange with performers and through sustained collaborations with musicians and composers.
Trained in classical ballet in Uruguay and contemporary dance in Amsterdam, he brings the formal clarity of one lineage into productive friction with the physical freedom of the other.
